Fasting without Embracing a meatball

Assalamualaikum and hello! Firstly, I would like to say that this entry could be quite innocent out of respecting the holy month of Ramadhan. But… I don’t promise this :’)

Here we go; Ramadhan al-Mubarak!

Actually, I am writing this on the first sixth day of the fasting month. I lost count honestly.

Before this, I had written an entry about my interview for Asasi TESL course. Have you ever wondered what is the result? Did I pass? I don’t know if I should tell this—I’ll just tell—I passed! It would be a lie if I said I am not delighted seeing my name on the UiTM offer letter on the day when UPU result was out. Looking back, I put TESL as my first choice, I had done so much for the interview and got accepted into the course made me, of course, pat myself proud and thankful. It’s what I want, right? Great job dearself. And not to mention my family’s support and my parents’ prayers for me—what is the world without you? AND ALSO MASSIVE LOVE TO MY FRIENDS I TOLD MY EXPERIENCE TO, THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME SPAM YOUR WHATSAPP AND DMS 💕

By the time I write this, I am currently on a short break—specifically a week— after three-days orientiation days ago. Now is the golden time I hug my bed a goodbye as I will be returning to college in less than three days. The first semester is about to begin. Realising the fact I will be fasting there without my family—especially my mom—I am now wondering how my life would be later. May the sanity be with me, Dear Lord. With my eyes closed, I pray for the whole semesters to be a fun long-ass ride (NCT stans where are you!?)

In addition, I must mention here about my new baby sister who was born about two weeks ago (love love): the more I look at her, the more I realise that she looks like a red meatball because she is so cute, tiny and reddish I think I can squish her into a sphere if no one holds me yep I am bloody serious :’)

What makes me a bit sad is my little meatball is going to grow up with two of her eldest siblings barely at home which is..not quite a home don’t you think, Ayra?
